Twenty-five years ago, Marek Ahlsten recognized a growing need for professional restoration services on the Sunshine Coast. In 1999, he founded First Response as a one-man operation. Since then, the company has grown to a team of more than 20 employees and has become a trusted cornerstone for emergency remediation services in the community.

Since its inception, DKI First Response has supported over 5,000 homeowners and businesses from Langdale to Earls Cove, remaining steadfastly committed to the highest standards of quality in restoration and reconstruction—on every project.
