CARPET PRICING

  • Wall to Wall Carpet - $0.65-$0.75/SF

  • Staircase $75-$100

  • Minimum Call Out Fee - $150-$275, depending on location

IMPORTANT NOTE: Carpets must be thoroughly vacuumed prior to our arrival. There will be additional charges if our technicians are required to vacuum.

UPHOLSTERY PRICING

  • Couch or Love Seat - $30/foot

  • Recliner (La-Z Boy) - $75 each

  • Upholstered Chair - $15 - $30 (Quoted on site)

  • Minimum Call Out Fee - $100-$275, depending on location

Note: Our cleaners may refuse to treat certain upholstery if they feel the cleaning might damage it.

AREA CARPET PRICING

STEAM CLEANING (good for removing surface staining and a general freshen-up)

  • 30 Sq Ft and under - $75-$95

  • 30 to 80 Sq Ft - $100-$175

  • 80 to 110 Sq Ft - $175-$250

  • 110 Sq Ft and above - $250 to by quote

SUBMERGED CLEANING (good for deeply penetrated odours and stubborn stains)

Quoted after we inspect carpet:

  • $200 set-up fee, plus square footage charge of carpet (see above)

Area Carpets can be delivered to our shop anytime during our regular business hours of Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We also offer pick-up & delivery for an additional fee. Please call our office for further details.

Please vacuum your carpet prior to the cleaning.

Note: Cleaning does not remove all pet hair. Cleaning shag rugs will not remove debris at the base of the fibres.
