CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following outlines the terms and conditions of any contest currently or recently in market by First Response Restoration.
CONTEST NAME
"Sunshine Coast Staycation: Win a Gift Basket”
CONTEST PERIOD
Contest will run from Wednesday, June 6th 2018 until Saturday June 9th at 5pm. Winner will be randomly chosen within one (1) week, and contacted via phone and/or email.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, entrants can enter in person, at the Coast Home & Garden Expo by filling out a ballot. Additional entries can be made by following First Response Restoration on Instagram, following First Response Restoration on Facebook, and by tagging friends on Facebook and Instagram in relevant posts.
There are a total of five (5) potential entries per person during the contest period.
The following outline the eligible entry methods:
One (1) entry via ballot submission per person in person at the Coast Home & Garden Expo on Saturday, June 9 2018.
One (1) entry by following First Response Restoration on Facebook prior to the contest deadline.
One (1) entry by following First Response Restoration on Instagram prior to the contest deadline.
One (1) entry by tagging a friend with the contest information on Facebook prior to the contest deadline.
One (1) entry by tagging a friend with the contest information on Facebook prior to the contest deadline.
No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
This competition is open to residents of the Sunshine Coast living between Langdale, BC and Egmont, BC aged 19+. Valid proof of residence and age required. Valid proof considered a BC Drivers Licence and/ or BC Services Card and a recent utilities bill.
Employees of First Response Restoration, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
First Response Restoration accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach First Response Restoration by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
THE PRIZE
The prize for the winner is one gift basket, as is, shown at the Coast Home & Garden Expo. There is no cash equivalent to the prize being offered.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
First Response Restoration decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, First Response Restoration reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice.
If winner(s) does not claim their prize within a five (5) business days a new winner will be randomly chosen.
If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and First Response Restoration reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
To obtain details of the winner please email info@First-Response.ca stating the name of the competition in the subject heading four (4) weeks after the closing date.
First Response Restoration will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by First Response Restoration for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to First Response Restoration and not Instagram or Facebook and you agree that Instagram or Facebook shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Promotion.
The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their Instagram or Facebook names in such publicity.
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
